Humus (A la Adam)

Ingredients:
Chick Peas (16 Oz)
Juice of 3 Lemons
Garlic Clove
1/2 Tsp. Salt
6 Tbs. Sesame Paste
Water
 
Drain chickpeas, put in blender. Add lemon juice, salt and enough water to almost cover. Blend until smooth. Put in bowl, add paste and stir until beige color. To serve, top with olive oil.
