Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:
2  lbs  apples
4  oz  butter
2 oz  White wine
2 oz Apple Jack
2 oz 	Brandy
2  Lbs cranberries (frozen)
½ cup orange juice
2 cups sugar
 
Saute apples and butter quickly for 3-4 minutes. Add white wine, apple jack and brandy to apple mixture and cook 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until the cranberries open up and the mixture thickens.
