Tortellini with Spinach

Ingredients:
4 to 5 lbs of cheese tortellini (they don't cook up to very much)
1 package of frozen, chopped spinach
3 or 4 cloves of garlic, minced
Approximately 3 or 4 tbs of olive oil
1 can chcken broth
grated parmesan or romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
 
Microwave the spinach approximately 5 minutes. Drain well. Saute garlic in the olive oil. When lightly browned, add the spinach. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, and salt and pepper to taste Toss with cooked tortellini and grating cheese and serve.
