Mussels

Aunt Molly's
Ingredients:
6 doz. large fresh Mussels
 
Scrub mussels clean under cold running water with a brush. Put 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, chopped fresh parsley and 3 garlic cloves until brown. Add 1 cup of white wine (Salt and Red Pepper) and mussels and cook 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
