Ingredients:
4 Lb. Pizza Dough
6 Oz Can Tomatoes
Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
(Bacon Fat)
 
Let dough rise in a warm spot. Spread bacon fat in large roasting pan, let rise for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and garlic powder. Press down with fingertips. Squeeze tomatoes over top and drizzle with oil. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
