Broccoli Saute |

Ingredients: |
Nice sized bunch of fresh brocolli (I always cut the stems off and just use the florets, but you don't have to) cut into bite size pieces 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 - 1 1/2 cups of Italian seasoned bread crumbs (I like Progresso) |
Saute garlic in olive oil until slightly browned. Add brocolli and saute for 4 or 5 minutes (you can cover the pan if you think it isn't cooking fast enough) Add salt and pepper Add bread crumbs and stir until bread crumbs are coated with the oil |
